I placed claim with my home warranty, what happens next?
Our dispatch team will reach out , to set up mutually convenient window of time for your HVAC service. Technician will arrive during that window and diagnose the system. Please understand, that your home warranty pays us for those visits and please understand your coverages. There are things that not covered, such as noises, unequal air distribution between the rooms, abnormal damage to the ducts, wiring or equipment: pests, sprinklers, physical damage etc.
